140507_096 - Chatfield Hollow State Park

Many state parks in Connecticut are open in late April. This gives the photographer a chance to capture the Spring foliage. Such is the case at Chatfield Hollow State Park in Killingworth, off Rt. 80. It is part of the Cockaponset State Park system. As you travel into the park, Chatfield Hollow Brook feeds Shreeder Pond. This image was captured just upstream of the red covered bridge in early spring.

The image was captured with a Nikon D800, 24-70 f/2.8, ISO 100, Gitzo tripod.

This image is available framed or matte only in the following sizes:
●    8x10 print / 11x14 matte
●  11x14 print / 16x20 matte
●  16x20 print / 20x24 matte
